CHIEF EXECUTIVE
John is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of Killen Thomas Corporate.

As a Licensed Estate Agent, John has a wealth of experience. He has been a Director of our team for over 25 years and has a proven track record of success in driving growth for our clients. A respected leader in commercial real estate, he is a passionate, driven and a highly talented client relationship manager.

John’s expertise lies in the industrial and investment markets, where he is known as one of the leading experts in his field. He has acted for some of Australia’s largest private companies, as well as public companies and Government departments.

John attributes his success to his family, and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two children.


Michael Sangiorgio

SALES DIRECTOR
A Licensed Estate Agent, Michael commenced his real estate career in 1993 before joining Killen Thomas Corporate in 2003.

Michael specializes in sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties, including investments. With strong expertise in Melbourne’s city fringe and northern suburbs, he understands local market trends and property values.

Delivering a high standard of ethics and integrity towards clients and colleagues is of paramount importance to Michael. His expertise, knowledge, and no-fuss approach ensures that his clients receive not only sound advice, but also a smooth negotiation process.

Many of Michael’s transactions are off-market – where buyer and tenant enquiries are used to create the right match for a vendor or landlord.

Michael is a very experienced and well-respected member of the Real Estate industry and a highly accomplished member of the Killen Thomas team.


Natalie Bonavia

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Natalie has been Killen Thomas Corporate’s Financial Controller since 2015.

Natalie has brought a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her previous experience in Learning and Development, Financial Risk and Control ensure she has a strong understanding of our financial business needs. She is responsible for the delivery of finance services, overseeing the management of the trust account and ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

Her strong sense of integrity and attention to detail is of paramount importance to our team. Natalie is passionate about driving innovation in our business and has a continuous focus on service improvement.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys travelling and spending time with her boys.


Bernadette Bezzina

EXECUTIVE OFFICE MANAGER
Bernadette is an integral part of Killen Thomas Corporate.

As our office manager, Bernadette ensures our daily operations run smoothly and assists our directors and staff members with a multitude of tasks.

With over 15 years experience in commercial real estate, Bernadette has a friendly smile and warm personality. Her strong interpersonal skills ensure that our clients are treated in a professional manner and with the utmost respect, courtesy and efficiency.

Bernadette enjoys spending time with her family and loves to dance.


Kerri Drodge

OFFICE ASSISTANT
Kerri has been part of Killen Thomas Corporate for over 10 years.

As part of our sales team, her knowledge and experience is vital in supporting us to deliver exceptional customer service, for both Leasing and Sales.

Kerri’s positive approach, can-do attitude and professionalism makes her a valuable asset to our team.
